Low-commitment entry
A written second opinion, before you book a flight
Send your records. A specialist at a zone hospital reviews them and returns a written view: whether the proposed treatment is reasonable, what is missing, and whether travelling adds anything.
What you receive
- A written review by a physician in the relevant department, in English
- A statement of whether the current plan is reasonable, and on what basis
- A list of missing tests or records that would change the answer
- A clear recommendation: travel, do not travel, or gather more information first
- A video call of up to 30 minutes to go through it
What you do not receive
- A prescription, or a treatment plan you can act on without a local physician
- A guarantee about outcome, cost or eligibility
- A replacement for emergency care or for your own treating doctor

Process
Five steps, no obligation to travel
01
Short enquiry
Two lines about the diagnosis. We send a secure upload link.
02
Completeness check
We tell you what is missing before a physician spends time on it.
03
Routing
The file goes to the department that treats this condition, not a general desk.
04
Written review
5–7 working days, with the reasoning visible rather than a verdict alone.
05
Call
30 minutes with an interpreter. Then you decide, with no package sold to you.
The cheapest way to find out whether to come.
A written review costs a fraction of a trip and occasionally saves one.
