3–7 working days. The hospital reads the file. We chase it and translate the answer.
Written plan
Proposal, cost, uncertainty, and what happens if the assessment says no.
Entry & arrival
Visa eligibility check, flights, pickup, accommodation, interpreter assigned before you land.
On site & after
Interpretation at every appointment; English records to your own physician afterwards.

Getting in without a visa
Hainan operates its own visa-free scheme, separate from the rest of mainland China.

Policy lists change with little notice. We re-check your passport against the current list before you book, and put the answer in writing.

Three kinds of accommodation
