What we are. An independent coordination service. We arrange appointments, records,
translation, entry, transfers, accommodation and on-site interpretation for patients travelling to
Boao Lecheng.
What we are not. We are not a medical institution. We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend
a specific treatment, or influence which therapy a hospital proposes. We do not employ physicians.
Money. Medical fees are paid directly by you to the hospital. We charge a fixed coordination
fee, agreed in writing before work begins. We do not receive payment per patient from any hospital,
and we do not take a percentage of your medical bill.
Information. Catalogue entries are checked against the delivering hospital and marked with
the month of verification. Availability changes with indication, batch and physician capacity. Nothing
on this site is an offer of treatment.
Outcomes. No outcome is promised, implied or guaranteed — not by us, and not by any hospital
in the zone. Any provider who offers a guarantee is misrepresenting the medicine.
