Plain language, because these pages are read by people who are deciding whether to trust us.
What we collect. Contact details and a short description of your situation through the
enquiry form. Medical records are collected later, through a separate secure channel, and only after
you have a named coordinator.
Why. To route your case to a hospital department and to coordinate your travel. Nothing else.
Who sees it. Your coordinator, and the clinical staff at the hospital you are being routed
to. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 24 months. Records sent for a
review are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to retain them.
Your rights. Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion through the contact page.
